Why Can We Not Follow the Footsteps of the Lamb by Staying in Our Own Church?

By Yan Dongmei

Many brothers and sisters in the Lord hold the views that they should stay in their own church and that those who run around are licentious in spirit and whores. Therefore, they dare not seek or investigate it when they hear the gospel of the Lord’s second coming, nor dare they under any circumstances leave the way of the Lord Jesus lest they be condemned for their disloyalty to Him. However, have we wondered whether these views really come from God or are truly after God’s heart?

The Lord Has Returned and Brought Us the Path to True Repentance

Are you distressed because you often live in sin and fail to solve the problem of sin? Do you also worry that you are unable to be raptured into the kingdom of heaven when the Lord comes because you are incapable of escaping the bondage of sin and achieving true repentance? Don’t worry. The Lord has already returned and uttered new words, bringing us the path to being cleansed of sin and achieving true repentance.

God says, “Though Jesus did much work among man, He only completed the redemption of all mankind and became man’s sin offering; He did not rid man of all his corrupt disposition. Fully saving man from the influence of Satan not only required Jesus to become the sin offering and bear the sins of man, but it also required God to do even greater work to rid man completely of his satanically corrupted disposition. And so, now that man has been forgiven of his sins, God has returned to the flesh to lead man into the new age, and begun the work of chastisement and judgment. This work has brought man into a higher realm. All those who submit under His dominion shall enjoy higher truth and receive greater blessings. They shall truly live in the light, and they shall gain the truth, the way, and the life.”

How Should We Christians Deal With Trials?

By Song Yan

Faced with trials and refinement, many brothers and sisters in the Lord would get bewildered, not knowing how to experience them to be after God’s heart. Thanks to God’s leadership, I’ve grasped some principles on this aspect through studying the Bible and fellowshiping with my brothers and sisters in the church. Now I’d like to share them with you, which I hope can help the brothers and sisters who are undergoing trials.

First, we should understand that all trials and refinement are God’s arrangements, and that contained within them is God’s love, God’s will, and God’s requirements.

What Truly Are the Foolish Virgins?

Bible Verses for Reference:

“Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened to ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. … five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: … While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go you out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go you rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Truly I say to you, I know you not” (Mat 25:1-3, 5-12).

“By hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them” (Mat 13:14-15).

The Lord Has Already Come on a “White Cloud”: Have You Welcomed Him?

Friends, have you been waiting for the Savior to return on a white cloud in the sky? But you probably do not know that the Lord Jesus has now returned on a “white cloud.” Hearing this news, are you both happy and confused: “The Lord has returned on a white cloud? Why haven’t I seen Him?” Don’t worry. Please read the following words of God and your confusion will be resolved.

Almighty God says, “Since Jesus departed, the disciples who followed Him, as well as all of the saints who were saved in His name, have been desperately pining for Him and awaiting Him. All those who were saved by the grace of Jesus Christ during the Age of Grace have been longing for that exultant day in the last days when Jesus the Savior descends on a white cloud to appear before all people. Of course, this is also the collective wish of all those who accept the name of Jesus the Savior today. Everyone in the universe who knows of the salvation of Jesus the Savior has been desperately yearning for Jesus Christ to suddenly arrive to fulfill what Jesus said while on earth: ‘I shall arrive just as I departed.’ Man believes that, following the crucifixion and resurrection, Jesus went back to heaven upon a white cloud to take His place at the Most High’s right hand. In like manner, Jesus shall descend again upon a white cloud (this cloud refers to the cloud that Jesus rode upon when He returned to heaven), among those who have desperately yearned for Him for thousands of years, and He shall bear the image and wear the clothing of the Jews. After appearing to man, He shall bestow food upon them, and cause living water to gush forth for them, and shall live among man, full of grace and full of love, vivid and real. All such notions are what people believe. Yet Jesus the Savior did not do this; He did the opposite of what man conceived. He did not arrive among those who had yearned for His return, and He did not appear to all people while riding upon the white cloud. He has already arrived, but man does not know, and remains ignorant. Man is merely awaiting Him aimlessly, unaware that He has already descended upon a ‘white cloud’ (the cloud which is His Spirit, His words, His entire disposition and all that He is), and is now among a group of overcomers that He will make during the last days.”

God’s words have revealed the mystery of the Lord’s return, so we can know that the Lord Jesus’ return isn’t like what we have imagined. He doesn’t appear to us on a cloud in the sky, but instead He returns to express His words and all the truths to save us. Only when we focus on seeking and investigating God’s words of the last days, will we have the opportunity to welcome the Lord. Do you want to welcome the Lord’s return as soon as possible? How Will Jesus Return in the Last Days: 2 Ways

What Does “no one knows the day or the hour” in Matthew 24:36 Mean?

The Rapture Before the Disaster: Does the Rapture Really Mean Being Taken up to Heaven?

Many believers in the Lord long to be taken up to the sky where they can meet with the Lord when the Lord returns. Now disasters grow worse and worse; the prophecies of the Lord’s return have been basically fulfilled; the Lord is very likely to have returned. However, many people are confused: If the Lord has returned, why have we not seen that anyone is raptured to heaven? What’s going on here? Let’s see what the Lord Jesus said: “Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Mat 6:9-10). The Book of Revelation also prophesied: “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven … And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God” (Rev 21:2-3). “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever” (Rev 11:15). These prophecies mention “coming down from God out of heaven,” “the tabernacle of God is with men,” and “the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ.” It shows that God will establish His kingdom on earth and the destination God arranges for man is also on earth. Yet we always want to be raptured to heaven. Is that not our notion and imagination?
